Book online through the patient portal, or call our front desk during opening hours. Online booking is for non-urgent care only.
How do I cancel or change an appointment?
Use the patient portal or call the front desk. Please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to another patient.
What should I bring to my visit?
- Your provincial health card
- A list of current medications and allergies
- Any requisition or referral letter you received
Billing
Are my visits covered by my provincial health plan?
Most physician services are covered by your provincial plan. Some services, such as certain forms and notes, are not. See the Insurance and Billing page for details.
Portal and privacy
Is the patient portal secure?
The portal uses encrypted connections, strong passwords and optional two-factor authentication. Every access to health information is recorded in an audit log.
Results and records
When will my lab results be available?
Results appear in the patient portal after they have been verified by a qualified professional and released. Some results are discussed with you by your physician first.
How do I request a copy of my medical records?
Submit a request through the patient portal or at the front desk. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing records.
